We know you’re excited to receive your Kyvo Travel order — and we’re just as excited to get it to you! That’s why we work hard to process and ship your items as quickly as possible.

• Order Processing
  All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (or up to 48 hours during holiday seasons and public holidays).

• Warehouses
  Our products are stored and shipped from within Australia, with warehouses located in Victoria and New South Wales depending on stock levels and demand.

• Delivery Times
  You can typically expect your order to arrive within 4–14 business days. Please note that this may vary if couriers experience delays outside of our control.

• Shipping Costs
  We’re proud to offer Fast & Free Delivery Australia Wide on all orders, with no minimum purchase required (unless otherwise specified).

• Tracking
  Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

• Additional Notes
  While our products are stored and shipped locally, they are manufactured overseas (most commonly in China). This ensures we can provide high-quality, useful products at affordable prices.
